Last updated: 22 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Flyland Travel & Tours governing your use of our website and all bookings and services we provide. Please read them carefully. By using our website, requesting a quotation, making a payment, or confirming a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and every member of your travelling party.

Summary — the essentials

  • We act as a booking agent: flights, hotels, and visas are provided by independent suppliers and are also subject to their terms.
  • A booking is confirmed only once we receive the required deposit and issue written confirmation.
  • Deposits, visa fees, and issued tickets are generally non-refundable, and cancellation charges increase closer to departure.
  • You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and documents, and for adequate travel insurance.
  • Our liability is limited as set out below, and disputes are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

This summary is provided for convenience only and does not replace the full Terms below, which are what legally apply.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “us”, and “our” mean Flyland Travel & Tours.
  • “You” and “your” mean the person making the booking and all travellers named on it.
  • “Supplier” means any airline, hotel, transport company, or other provider whose services form part of your arrangements.
  • “Package” means the combination of travel services we agree to arrange for you.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

By making a booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of every member of your party, and that you have brought these Terms to their attention. You are responsible for all payments due and for the conduct of everyone in your party.

3. Our Role as Agent

Except where we expressly state that we are the principal, we act solely as a booking agent on your behalf in arranging flights, accommodation, transport, visas, and related services supplied by independent Suppliers. The contract for the provision of those services is between you and the relevant Supplier, and is subject to the Supplier’s own terms and conditions, which apply alongside these Terms. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, default, or insolvency of any Supplier.

4. Bookings & Quotations

Quotations are based on the prices, availability, and exchange rates applicable at the time and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only once we have received the required deposit (or full payment) and issued you a written confirmation. You are responsible for checking that all names, dates, and details on your confirmation exactly match your passport and travel documents, and for telling us immediately if anything is incorrect.

5. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in the currency stated on your quotation and may include or exclude taxes and fees as specified at the time of booking.
  • A deposit is normally required to secure your booking, with the balance due by the date shown on your confirmation. Where an interest-free instalment plan is offered, the agreed schedule forms part of these Terms.
  • If any payment is not made by its due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation charges in section 8.
  • Until a booking is fully paid and tickets or vouchers are issued, prices may change due to factors outside our control, such as airline fare increases, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations.

6. Deposits & Non-Refundable Amounts

Your deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable. Certain costs are committed to Suppliers and authorities as soon as your booking is made and are non-refundable once incurred, including (without limitation) visa and processing fees, airline tickets, and hotel prepayments. Where we have incurred such costs on your behalf, they will be deducted from any amount that might otherwise be refundable.

7. Changes by You

If you wish to change your booking after it is confirmed, we will do our best to help, but changes are subject to availability and to any charges imposed by the Suppliers, plus a reasonable administration fee. Some bookings — particularly airline tickets — cannot be changed once issued.

8. Cancellations & Refunds by You

If you need to cancel, you must tell us in writing. Because we commit funds to airlines, hotels, and authorities on your behalf, cancellation charges apply and may be up to 100% of the booking value depending on how close to departure you cancel and the Suppliers’ rules. Deposits, visa fees, and airline tickets are generally non-refundable. No refund is due for any unused service or for a voluntary curtailment of your trip. Any refund payable will be made only after we have recovered the relevant amounts from the Suppliers and net of our administration fee.

9. Changes or Cancellations by Us

Occasionally we may need to change or cancel arrangements — for example because a Supplier changes a schedule, a minimum group size is not reached, or for reasons beyond our control. Where we make a significant change, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a refund of amounts we are able to recover from the Suppliers. We are not liable for incidental or consequential costs you incur as a result of changes outside our control.

10. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport (with sufficient validity remaining), the correct visas, and any other documents required for your journey, and to ensure that all information you give us for visa and travel applications is accurate. While we will assist with visa processing, the granting of any visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or authority. We are not responsible for refused entry, denied visas, fines, or any losses arising from incomplete, incorrect, or expired documentation.

11. Health, Vaccinations & Insurance

You are responsible for meeting any health, vaccination, and fitness requirements for your destination. We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment, and repatriation. Travelling without adequate insurance is entirely at your own risk.

12. Hajj & Umrah Arrangements

Hajj & Umrah packages are arranged in accordance with the rules, quotas, and procedures set by the Government of Pakistan and the Saudi authorities, including their approved platforms. These authorities may change quotas, prices, accommodation, transport, or procedures at short notice, and such changes are beyond our control. Pilgrims are expected to follow all instructions from our coordinators and the local authorities throughout the journey.

13. Air Ticketing

Flights are subject to the issuing airline’s terms and conditions. Airlines may change schedules, routings, or aircraft, and may impose their own rules on changes, refunds, baggage, and no-shows. Once issued, most tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. You must arrive at the airport with sufficient time for check-in and immigration.

14. Your Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to behave responsibly, to respect the laws, customs, and religious sensitivities of the places you visit, and not to disrupt other travellers. Suppliers and authorities may refuse to carry or accommodate anyone whose conduct is unacceptable, and we accept no liability for the consequences of such refusal. You are responsible for any damage or loss you cause and must reimburse the relevant Supplier or us accordingly.

15. Payments, Chargebacks & Fraud

You agree to pay all sums due in full and not to initiate any unjustified chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute in respect of a valid booking. Where a chargeback is raised contrary to these Terms, we reserve the right to dispute it, to recover the amount together with any associated costs, and to suspend or cancel your booking. We may decline, cancel, or hold any booking where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, or a breach of these Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

We will arrange your travel services with reasonable care and skill. However, because many services are delivered by independent Suppliers, we are not liable for their acts or omissions, nor for any loss, delay, injury, or damage caused by events we could not reasonably foresee or prevent. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss, and for any loss of profit, opportunity, or enjoyment, and our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the affected arrangement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, fines, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that we incur arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information, the conduct of any member of your party, or your unlawful or negligent acts or omissions.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including war, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, adverse weather, strikes, airport or airline disruption, technical failures, or the decisions of governments and authorities.

19. Website Use & Availability

Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to keep its content accurate, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

20. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — belongs to Flyland Travel & Tours or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any of it without our prior written permission.

21. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If a problem arises during your trip, please tell our representative or the Supplier straight away so it can be addressed promptly. If the matter cannot be resolved at the time, please contact us in writing within 28 days of your return so we can investigate. The parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute amicably and in good faith before commencing legal proceedings.

22. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with your booking confirmation and any Supplier terms, form the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior discussions.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • No waiver. Any failure by us to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. We may assign or subcontract our obligations; you may not transfer your booking without our prior written consent.
  • Variation. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the date of your booking applies to that booking.
  • Third parties. No person who is not a party to these Terms has any right to enforce them.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
